Dovera.ai acts as a technical service provider. Our Platform provides the tools for you, the Client, to build, manage, and deploy an AI agent on your connected communication channels.
Compliance: You are solely responsible for your use of the Services, including the content of your AI agent's responses and all communications with your End-Users. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and marketing.
Meta's Policies: Your use of the Services in connection with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger is subject to Meta's terms and policies (including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy). You are responsible for adhering to these policies. Violation of Meta's policies may result in the suspension of your service.
End-User Data: You acknowledge that you are the Data Controller of the data from your End-Users. Dovera.ai is the Data Processor, acting on your instructions. You must have a clear and publicly accessible privacy policy for your End-Users.
Industry-Specific Regulations: The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations like HIPAA or FISMA. You may not use the Services if your interactions are subject to these or other stringent laws without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Integrations and Terms: Our Services may offer integrations with third-party platforms, such as Google (for Google Sheets and Google Calendar). By connecting your account to any such third-party service, you agree to be bound by their respective terms and policies, including the Google APIs Terms of Service. Dovera.ai is not responsible for the functionality, availability, or data handling practices of these third-party services. Your use of these integrations is at your own risk.
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, and functionality (the "Content"), as well as our trademarks and logos (the "Marks").
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the information and data you provide to train your AI agent and the conversation data generated between your agent and your End-Users ("Client Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your Client Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You must register for an account to use the Platform. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.
We accept the following forms of payment:
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the Services. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. All payments shall be in currencies as specified at the time of purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user, you agree not to:

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. The courts of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE AI-GENERATED RESPONSES AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Legal Terms; (3) your violation of the rights of a third party, including your End-Users; or (4) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you connected via the Services.
